A highly innovative and resourceful company
is in need of an experienced Facility Manager
to fill the following position.
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support
to human resources.
Compose and distribute routine written
correspondence from human resources.
Collect, sort and distribute incoming
correspondence, including resumes.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper
files.
Maintain human resources calendar.
Maintain administrative forms and manuals.
Other duties assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Business
Studies/Management/HRM
At least 3 years of working experience in
the related field,
preferably in the Real Estate industry
Knowledge of Nigerian employment laws and
practices
Strong communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Independent and possess excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, dependable and able to work
independently
Possess own transport and willing to travel
